What we did in this project.
We worked with Uncle Boba’s Tea Shop to build a clear, cohesive brand from the ground up — combining strategy, content, and direction to create a strong foundation for launch and growth.
The project focused on four key areas:
Brand Direction & Identity
We defined the overall look and feel of the brand, including color palette, typography, and visual style. The goal was to create something bold, playful, and memorable while still feeling cohesive across all platforms.
Content Strategy & Planning
We developed content ideas and a structured content calendar to help the brand show up consistently online. This included guidance on what to post, how to present the brand visually, and how to connect with their target audience.
Social Media Setup & Direction
We helped organize and structure the brand’s social presence, ensuring everything aligned with the brand identity and felt intentional rather than random or inconsistent.
Business Strategy & Launch Support
Beyond visuals, we provided guidance on positioning, direction, and early-stage decision-making to help the client move forward with clarity and confidence.
